All intellectual property created by RWGP LLC, including strategies, methodologies, and proprietary tools, remains our property.

Client IP

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. You grant us a license to use your materials solely for providing agreed services.

Work Product

Ownership of work product created specifically for you will be addressed in individual service agreements.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during our relationship, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

8. Performance and Results

No Guarantees

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic levels
• Lead generation numbers
• Sales or conversion rates

Best Efforts

We commit to providing services with professional skill and care according to industry standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or policies

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Materials you provide to us

11. Term and Termination

Duration

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements.

Post-Termination

Certain provisions (confidentiality, payment obligations, limitation of liability) survive termination.

We may use third-party platforms and services (Google, Meta, etc.) to deliver our services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
